MACHINE BASIC ADJUSTMENT

Setting Cutter tube

To adjust the wire tube, be sure the machine is in the home or neutral position, then loosen the lock screw, and push the cutter tube against the knife.

Post machine operation

Always have test stock or corrugated under the head before stitching under power. It is safer to cycle the machine over by hand, without power, to be sure all parts are moving correctly

HF machine wire straightening

The wire must be straight traveling through the machine. Accomplished by adjusting the black straightener screw with a screwdriver. More pressure causes the wire to curl down, less pressure causes the wire to curl upwards.
